OUR SUMMER OF KAPPU CONTINUES <!

THANKS FOR CHOOSING KAPPU TO FUlFiLL SO MANY OF YOUR SUMMER SAKE NEEDS

We’ve had such a blast drinking kappu with you at our release party on the fourth, and sharing it throughout the city ever since! We’ve seen it at your cookouts, on the beach, tossed in a cooler with your favorite cold beers & keeping you refreshed on rooftops & at restaurants. We knew that it would be a fun and exciting way to share sake in a new format with you all, but we didn’t realize just how great it would feel to open the door to another avenue of making sake approachable and as easy to enjoy as ever.

If you had a chance to join us for our “Keepin’ It Cool with Kappu”release party, you got to see our amazing photographer, Bo, at work- shooting pics of everyone at our photobooth (& you probably also got a free vegan hotdog from Shinobu’s grill)! Have you ever seen a green bean this long??

The Choy Commons CSA has been such a wonderful addition to our space, our community, and (of course), our brewery meals. We hope you’re enjoying it too! We even got to host our Anniversary 5 Bingo Winners for a farm-fresh happy hour in the brewery last week, pairing some delicious veggies with our guest’s favorite sakes. It was so much fun that, who knows, maybe we’ll plan more opportunities to host in this way…

PS- We just brought back the ever-popular Botanikaru infusion- featuring Magnolia Oolong from Yesfolk and Black lime from Burlap & Barrel… enjoy while supplies last!! And don’t worry, the next one is already in the works.
