Introducing our newest event: KSW Cocktail Lab! Get an exclusive taste of an experimental small-batch sake cocktail straight from the mad-science brain of Delaney, our cocktail program director. Take a peek into the process of designing and batching our sake cocktails, and taste your favorite local sake in ways you’ve never before dreamed of.

This event is presented in collaboration with the New York Asian Arts Festival, an inaugural arts and culture festival launching in May 2025 that showcases both emerging and established Asian American creative talent. The festival features a gallery exhibition of emerging AAPI artists and a programming calendar of hands-on art classes, creative workshops, and events in partnership with AAPI-owned businesses, all designed to create spaces for connection and cultural exchange.
