Live Music w/ Alon Benjamini Band

It’s time for a genre-bending performance by the Alon Benjamini Band!

Music is a big part of our lives at the brewery (along with sake making) and we believe the best way to enjoy our sake is while listening to great music. Because we are a taproom, not a music venue, the experience can be thought of as on par with a “coffee shop” or “house show”, with a small stage and some tunes for you to listen to while sipping on a glass of sake!.

4th Anniversary

It’s official, we’re turning 4! Or, rather, 3+1, since our 4th anniversary coincides with the 1st anniversary of our Troutman taproom. We had so much to celebrate that this year we’ve set aside an entire weekend to party!

Friday, 4/5 - Our long-awaited Anniversary 4 bottle will make its official debut, with an exclusive tasting. We’ll have more details on this sake coming later, so all we’ll say for now is this year it’s not just the label that’s pink…

Saturday, 4/6 - The afternoon will kick off with yakitori by our lovely friends Yakitori Mama starting at 1pm. Once we’re stuffed we’ll dance off all the calories with a DJ set by Skymall Future from 6-10pm.

Sunday, 4/7 - First we’ll be fed by the amazing Payapaya Bakery to prepare us for an all-day showcase of our resident musical performers! We’re so excited to show off all of our talented friends and end off our anniversary weekend with great music and food.

Performance schedule:

  • 3pm: Chris Ott

  • 4pm: Invisible College

  • 5pm: Uncle Brother

  • 6pm: jadeworm

  • 7pm: The Knickerbocker5

  • 8pm: Gavon Mitchell

Anniversary 4 bottles available all weekend while supplies last!
